Equipping managers with strong coaching skills is more crucial than ever for tackling today’s workforce challenges.
Whether it’s supporting young people in the workplace, navigating conflict and complex team dynamics, or supporting staff dealing with mental health issues – the demands on managers are high, and the stakes are even higher! Nearly one-third of UK workers leave jobs due to poor management. Well-trained managers on the other hand, can have a significant impact on employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
So, how are leading organisations equipping their managers with coaching skills? What challenges are they overcoming, and what impact are they seeing?
Join our exciting (free!) online Summit to hear from:
- Jo Simovic, Senior Programme Manager at Amazon about how they are developing coaching skills to train up the next generation of managers.
- Ian Hook, Careers Lead at NHS Morecambe Bay about how they are using coaching skills to better support apprentices and young people in the workplace.
- Employees supported by coaching-trained managers, sharing first-hand how it has positively impacted their experience in the workplace.
The Summit will be facilitated by SDN and Mojave Training’s Simon Shaw, drawing on 40 years of leadership and coaching experience.
Come away from the Summit with practical strategies and case study examples to develop coaching skills and address workforce challenges in your own organisation.
